How To Root Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Good To Know Before Starting

Before start, make sure that your device is compatible with this rooting process. These are the models of the Galaxy Note 2 that will work.

1. International (GT-N7100 / GT-N7105)

2. AT&T (SGH-I317)

For That You Can Find Your Model Number in the "About Device" in your phone's setting menu.

Rooting

1) Turn off your phone.

2) Hold Down Home button+Volume Down+Power buttons until you will see the screen.

3) Press volume up button for continue.

4) You Will Enter in the ODIN download mode.

5) Once you see the "Downloading..." screen, connect your Note 2 to your Windows computer via USB cable.

6) It will take place On Your Computer.

7) Download The File GalaxyNote2Root.zip Here  .

8) Open The Odin3v1.85.exe

9) You will see the yellow box in the odin with random number. if you don't see, unplug device and then again plugin the device.

10) click on PDA and find the cwm6-root-note2.tar. select it.

11) Click On Start In The Odin.

12) ODIN will flash the custom CWM Recovery. If it's successful, a green "PASS!" box will appear.

13) Then your device will boot into ClockworkMod (CWM) Recoveryone time in order to install the SuperUser app and its binaries.

14) Then, reboot again.

15) Once It All Done You will see The Super User File In Your Device.

Your Phone is Rooted Now.......
