Follow the Instruction Given Below. 

Before root just Check It.

Go to settings > Security > Mark "Unknown sources"
Settings > Developer options > Mark USB debugging
Settings > Xperia > connectivity > USB connection mode > select MSC mode.

1. After Check that.

2. Install The USB Drivers Of Your Device.

3. Download the Eroot.exe from HERE.

4. Open the Eroot.

5. Connect Your Phone To the PC (Skip The Installation Of PC Companion)

6. If USB Drivers Is Installed, It should now detect your phone and show an option to "-root". Just click on it, wait till it finishes.

7. Rooting done ( For confirmation see if any Super User app has been installed )
